I already have recommended it! The whole situation was great for me I was stressed dealing with the loss of my mom and every where was making it hard to meet on site but this was by far the best experience ever

We have been here for over 8 years now. And of course we have a big unit. Every year we have a yard sale. My stuff has gotten smaller in my storage unit. I have really never has an issue, They are so easy and willing to work with you. I was given the grace period to pay my bill. If I had an issue with my unit there was someone there to help me out. I only had one issue and that was that my lock would not slide over to lock. The gentleman that was/is there on the property was nice enough to help me and the other couple that had the same issues. It was great to know that someone had your back. Now that I don't have much of anything in my storage unit. It is time to say Good-by. Wow, it took me 8 years. I will say this over all a good and friendly place to be. From Unit 16

I want to for storage is previous and either couldn't pay online or over the phone. They let me pay over the phone communicate with me so that I can get moved in within 30 minutes

My unit was broken into by another tenant the cameras didn’t really show much you nothing you couldn’t really rely on the cameras other than the fact that we knew what he was doing contacted the police after being harassed by the owner and threatening me with a $50 fine for cutting their lock off my unit which in fact was not me that was approved filed a court case owner doesn’t wanna work with me on the priceAdded like 250 almost $300 in fees and court costs and this and that and it’s under investigation a police investigation and he doesn’t care he still wants to sell the unit very disappointed wished it could change because when I first moved into the place it was awesome

Love customer support. My first day, I ran into a problem and phoned for help. I was helped almost immediately. It was on Labor Day, a holiday and was still given help.
